Job summary

CPI Security in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to design, present and sell our security and automation solutions to local businesses. You’ll generate and pursue opportunities, build relationships, and meet sales targets with a base salary plus commissions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1–2 years of outside sales experience preferred, but training provided.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and motivation.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate CPI Security’s value, product vision, and capabilities to potential customers
• Self-generate customer connect opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets
• Develop and maintain outstanding relationships with customers and prospects
• Maintain a schedule of weekly appointments with accounts in assigned location
• Merchandise product sections and build displays to stimulate sales
• Work closely with Sales Manager and team to ensure goals are achieved
