Qualifications

• 1–2 years outside sales experience preferred, but will train the right candidate.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and motivation to meet sales targets.
• Excellent time management and communication abilities.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate CPI Security’s value and capabilities to potential customers.
• Self-generate customer connections in addition to company leads.
• Develop and maintain relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a schedule of weekly appointments with accounts.
• Merchandise product sections and build displays to stimulate sales.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager to achieve goals.
