Job summary

CPI Security, a leader in the security and automation solutions industry, is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to join our Wilmington, NC team. You will design, present and sell our solutions to business customers while leveraging lead generation and company tools.

You will work one-on-one with businesses to identify needs, build proposals, and close deals. The role offers uncapped, performance-based income with a base salary plus commissions and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1-2 years outside sales experience preferred, but training available for right candidate.
• CRM experience (Salesforce) a plus.

• Effectively communicate CPI Security’s value, product vision, and capabilities to potential customers.
• Self-generate customer connect opportunities, in addition to company leads, to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Develop and maintain outstanding relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a schedule of weekly appointments with accounts in assigned location.
• Merchandise product sections and build displays to stimulate sales.
• Work closely with Sales Manager and team to ensure goals are achieved.

Our Commercial Sales Representatives will design, present and sell our award-winning security and automation solutions, through lead generating and prospecting activities using company provided tools. What you'll do:

• 1-2 years of outside sales experience preferred, but will train the right individual
