Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks a Commercial Security Sales Manager to lead a field sales team in our Houston office. You will drive revenue growth, customer development, and territory performance while delivering on corporate sales and marketing initiatives.

You will coach and retain top performers, manage profitability and RPU, and align sales operations with customer needs across the region. This role requires B2B experience, travel nights/weekends, and a collaborative leadership style.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 5 years of sales experience including 3 years in field sales management.
• Excellent oral and written communication; strong follow-up.
• Ability to travel nights and weekends.
• Experience in B2B sales and territory management.
• CRM tool experience.
