Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• 1–2 years outside sales experience preferred, but training is available.
• Highly driven with strong work ethic and integrity.

• Excellent communication skills and professional credibility to influence buyers.
• Detail-oriented, creative, and decisive.
• Experience with a CRM system (Salesforce) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate CPI Security’s value, product vision, and capabilities to potential customers.
• Self-generate customer connect opportunities, in addition to company leads, to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Develop and maintain outstanding relationships with customers and prospects.
• Maintain a schedule of weekly appointments with accounts in assigned location.
• Merchandise product sections and build displays to stimulate sales.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager and team to achieve goals.
