The Commercial Sales Specialist participates in and supports sales management efforts by assisting the Commercial Director in agent recruiting, training, and support activities. The ideal candidate will focus on achieving results and talent development.

This role allows you to sell commercial real estate and earn commissions while supporting the Commercial Director. Benefits are included.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting commercial sales agents.
• Support agent needs to enhance their experience and growth.
• Lead training sessions on company technology and resources.
• Assist with agent coaching and transactions.

Experience

• At least three years in commercial real estate sales.
• Strong communication skills.
• Effective recruitment and presentation abilities.
• Highly organized and proficient with technology tools.
• Valid Real Estate or Broker’s license.

This is a full-time position (40 hours/week), split evenly between agent support/development and selling real estate.
