The Commercial Sales Specialist participates in and supports sales management efforts by assisting the Commercial Director in agent recruiting, training, and support activities. The ideal candidate will focus on achieving results and talent development.

This role allows you to sell commercial real estate and earn commissions while supporting the Commercial Director in the region. Benefits are included.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting new and experienced commercial sales agents.

• Lead training sessions on company technology, tools, and resources, promoting continuous learning and diversity.
• Assist with agent coaching and transactions.

Experience

• Minimum three years of commercial real estate sales experience

This is a full-time position: 20 hours supporting agents, 20 hours selling real estate.
