The Commercial Sales Specialist participates in and supports sales management efforts by assisting the Commercial Director in agent recruiting, training, and support activities. The ideal candidate will focus on achieving results and talent development.

This role offers the opportunity to sell commercial real estate and earn commissions while supporting the Commercial Director. Benefits are included.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting new and experienced commercial sales agents.
• Enhance the agent experience and support growth.
• Lead educational classes on company technology and tools.
• Support agent coaching and transactions.

Experience

• Three or more years of commercial real estate sales experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to recruit and present training effectively.
• Highly organized and proficient with technology tools.
• Valid Real Estate or Broker’s license.

This is a full-time position: 20 hours supporting agents and 20 hours selling real estate.
