The Commercial Sales Specialist participates in and supports sales management efforts by assisting the Commercial Director in various activities such as agent recruiting, training, and support. The ideal candidate will focus on achieving excellent results and talent development.

This role offers the opportunity to learn how to attract, train, and develop talent while continuing to sell commercial real estate. You will sell real estate and earn commissions while supporting the Commercial Director in the region. Benefits are also provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Regional Commercial Director in recruiting new and experienced commercial sales agents.
• Enhance the agent experience, support growth, and support agent needs on an ad hoc basis.
• Lead training sessions for sales agents on company technology, tools, and resources, promoting continuous learning, diversity, and success.
• Support the Commercial Director with coaching and transactions.

Experience

• At least three years of commercial real estate sales experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Effective recruitment skills and ability to communicate the company’s value proposition clearly.
• Proficiency in presenting training sessions to sales agents.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficient with technology tools and training agents on their use.
• Valid Real Estate or Broker’s license required.

This is a full-time position (40 hours/week), with 20 hours dedicated to agent support and development and 20 hours to selling commercial real estate.
