The Commercial Sales Specialist participates in and supports sales management efforts by assisting the Commercial Director in agent recruiting, training, and support activities. The ideal candidate will focus on achieving results and talent development.

This role offers the opportunity to sell commercial real estate and earn commissions while supporting the Commercial Director. Benefits are included.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Regional Commercial Director in recruiting new and experienced commercial sales agents.
• Support agent needs to add value and accelerate growth.
• Lead educational classes on company technology, tools, and resources to empower agents.
• Assist with agent coaching and transactions.

Experience

• Three or more years of commercial real estate sales experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Effective recruitment and presentation skills.
• Highly organized and proficient with technology tools.
• Valid Real Estate or Broker’s license.

This is a full-time position: 20 hours supporting agents, 20 hours selling real estate.
