SERVPRO is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to drive and execute sales strategies in the commercial restoration market. You will build strong client relationships, identify opportunities to expand our services, and deliver superior service as a top sales performer.

You will target commercial clients, grow the pipeline, and participate in marketing events. This role rewards performance with base salary plus commission opportunities and a team-oriented environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, marketing or related field.
• Minimum of two years B2B sales experience.
• Experience in commercial property, cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry preferred.
• Strong process and results-driven attitude.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

• Identify and target commercial clients and educate them on SERVPRO advantages.
• Build and strengthen relationships with commercial properties in the sales territory.
• Expand brand awareness through marketing events and CE classes.

• Aim to increase territory revenue by meeting or exceeding goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries.
