Job summary

SERVPRO of East Mahoning County in Cleveland, OH seeks a dynamic sales professional to promote franchise services and grow a commercial client base. You will develop relationships using marketing materials, pretesting, scoping, and accurate estimates while aiming to exceed sales quotas.

The role requires self-motivation, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple accounts. On-call rotation is part of the duties, with opportunities for advancement within the SERVPRO network.

Qualifications

• Self-driven and motivated.
• Progressively responsible B2B sales experience.
• Experience with commercial sales and marketing.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Valid driver's license; ability to pass background and drug checks.
• Experience with Xactimate and Symbility is desired.
• Experience in commercial cleaning or insurance industry is desired.
• IICRC certifications are desired.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales quotas by managing the full sales cycle.
• Develop commercial customer base in assigned territory.
• Educate customers on SERVPRO services and differentiators.
• Prepare and present accurate pretests, scopes, and estimates.
• Attend marketing events and build networks with COIs.
• Coordinate ERP creation and discuss emergency event prep benefits.
• Conduct daily marketing activities and one-on-one meetings with owners/managers.
• Drive territory revenue growth and close high-potential opportunities.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hour coverage.

Job Description:

Promote and sell franchise services in assigned territory, which results in meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals. Grow and develop commercial customer base by utilizing a systematic business development process to identify new commercial prospects and cultivate relationships using marketing materials like SERVPRO® Key Differentiators, Emergency Ready Plan, National sponsorships, and others to market and sell SERVPRO® Services.

Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed assigned sales quota by executing the sales cycle, setting up closing appointments, maintaining assigned commercial contact lists, participating in professional associations, providing lunch-and-learns, and promoting continuing education courses
• Complete Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) and discuss benefits of emergency event preparation
• Build commercial customer relationships and rapport by educating them on the reasons SERVPRO® is the best cleaning and restoration company in the world
• Provide and communicate clear and accurate pretesting, scoping of services, and job estimates
• Monitor loss activity and priority responding to generate work from these opportunities
• Attend, coordinate, and promote marketing, networking, and continuing education events
• Conduct objective-to-objective daily marketing contacts
• Provide owners and marketing managers with one-on-one meetings (closing appointments) with commercial COIs to encourage SERVPRO® referrals
• Increase sales territory revenue by consistently achieving sales territory goals
• Mandatory On Call Rotation for After Hour Calls

Qualifications:

• Self driven and motivated
• Progressively responsible business-to-business sales experience desired
• Experience with Xactimate and Symbility is desired.
• IICRC Certifications are desired
• Experience with commercial sales and marketing
• Superb sales, customer service, administrative, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong business and financial background and process-and-results-driven attitude
• Experience in the commercial cleaning and mitigation, construction, or insurance industry is desired
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
• Valid Driver's License
