Job summary

Pest Hunters is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to join our Southeast Michigan team. Base salary of $36,000–$40,000 plus uncapped commission and a path to six-figure earnings with rising incentives.

You will identify and win new commercial accounts, manage relationships with property managers and business owners, and build a multi-location book of recurring revenue in a growing local pest-control company.

• Comfortable communicating by phone, email, and in person.
• Able to work independently.
• Motivated by uncapped earning potential.
• Previous B2B sales or business-development experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience in property management, multifamily housing, commercial real estate, facility services, pest control, landscaping, HVAC, restoration, roofing, janitorial services, or commercial insurance is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new commercial accounts
• Reach property managers, facility managers, maintenance directors, owners, and other decision-makers
• Generate opportunities through phone, email, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and in-person meetings
• Attend local property-management and business networking events
• Schedule commercial inspections and sales appointments
• Prepare and present proposals
• Consistently follow up with prospects
• Close recurring commercial agreements
• Pursue multi-property and multi-location opportunities
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline
