Job summary

American Pest is seeking a results-driven Commercial Sales Representative in the Mid-Atlantic region. You will build your own pipeline, develop new business relationships, and tailor pest management solutions to commercial customers, turning conversations into long-term partnerships.

You will manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry through proposals and closing, using HubSpot CRM, and you will earn on a base salary with uncapped commissions as you grow your book of business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or at least 1 year in sales/sales support.
• CRM experience, preferably HubSpot, and strong time management skills.
• Ability to prospect, manage objections, and close business.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective commercial customers and develop tailored pest management solutions.
• Own the sales process from prospecting to closing, building a personal book of business.
