Commercial Sales Manager- Compliance Services

Remote | Full-Time | Base$120-130K + Uncapped Commission

Registrar Corp is actively seeking an experienced remote Sales Manager that thrives on providing impactful coaching, training, and development to a remote Software as Service Sales and SDR team.The U.S. Food business at Registrar has grown an incredible 60% YoY and this is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving team and continue fueling significant growth.

As the Sales Manager, you will coach a team of Account Executives and SDRs to develop pipeline and win new business within the food and beverage manufacturing industry by sharing the benefits of Registrar Corp’s cutting-edge compliance-related services and solutions.This is a fast-paced and quick sales cycle.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing team of Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to consistently exceed performance targets.

  • Cultivate a results-driven, collaborative sales culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate team effectiveness and drive strategic decisions.

  • Design and oversee a structured outbound prospecting strategy within the CRM to support pipeline growth across the AE and SDR teams.

  • Maintain and enhance Sales Performance Management tools and resources within the CRM to support team success.

  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to align lead generation strategies and execute impactful marketing campaigns.

Required Skillset and Experience:

  • Industry Experience: Background in selling regulatory or compliance solutions, particularly within the food & beverage or life sciences sectors. Strong understanding of industry-specific challenges and regulatory frameworks is highly valued

  • Sales Acumen: 3–5 years of experience leading a remote sales team in a SaaS environment. Proven success in outbound prospecting, cold calling, delivering demos, and consistently exceeding sales quotas.

  • Consultative Selling:Deep expertise in consultative sales methodologies, with a strong preference for experience using MEDDICC or similar frameworks to drive complex deal cycles.

  • Leadership & Coaching:Demonstrated executive presence and a coaching-oriented leadership style. Skilled at developing, mentoring, and empowering high-performing sales teams

  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with sales engagement and sequencing tools such as HubSpot, Outreach, and Salesloft. Comfortable leveraging technology to optimize sales workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with food and beverage industry regulations, particularly FSVP (Foreign Supplier Verification Program) compliance
  • Foreign language proficiency, especially Spanish, is a strong plus

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree
