Job summary

Holland Roofing is seeking a Service Crew Chief to lead a small crew, diagnose leaks quickly, and perform durable repairs across EPDM, TPO, PVC, metal, and related systems. You’ll stay hands-on while guiding the team and communicating with building owners and internal departments.

Expect a competitive hourly rate of $40–$50 based on experience, with potential overtime. A safety-first mindset and OSHA familiarity are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of commercial roofing service experience (repairs and diagnostics).
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Strong OSHA knowledge and safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and repair leaks across EPDM, TPO, PVC, metal, and related systems.
• Complete service repairs and remediation with precision and speed.
• Inspect conditions, capture photos, and produce clear repair scopes in our mobile app.
• Model safety in line with OSHA standards and company procedures.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to building owners, facility managers, and internal teams.
• Identify additional service needs during each visit.
• Support on-call rotation and respond to emergencies as required.

Location: Minnesota RMM (Service) Division

Compensation: $40 - $50 per hour, based on experience

Leaks don't wait for production schedules. They threaten operations, inventory, and safety. As our Service Crew Chief, you'll be the point person who protects customers' assets-arriving with a plan, diagnosing quickly, and applying rock-solid repairs that last. You'll guide a tight-knit crew of 1-2 while staying on the tools, representing a large, established national roofing company that invests in your growth.

What you'll lead and accomplish

• Investigate and repair leaks across EPDM, TPO, PVC, metal, and related systems.
• Complete service repairs and remediation with precision and speed.
