Job summary

Holland Roofing in Michigan seeks an experienced service professional to diagnose and repair leaks on commercial roofs (EPDM, TPO, PVC, metal). You’ll guide a 1–2 person crew, document inspections with a mobile app, and communicate findings to owners and managers.

With 3+ years of roofing service experience, you’ll operate autonomously in field conditions, follow OSHA procedures, and participate in on-call rotations. This role offers growth opportunities within a national roofing company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial roofing service experience in repairs and diagnostics.
• Proven ability to locate and fix leaks independently.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Strong safety mindset with working knowledge of OSHA requirements.
• Experience leading or mentoring a small crew is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair leaks on commercial roofing systems (EPDM, TPO, PVC, metal, and related systems).
• Complete service repairs and remediation efficiently and correctly.
• Inspect roofs, document conditions, take photos, and create repair scopes.
• Lead and work alongside a 1-2 person service crew.
• Communicate clearly with building owners, facility managers, and internal teams.
• Use mobile service applications to document inspections and completed repairs.
• Identify additional repair or maintenance needs when observed.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Work safely and follow OSHA requirements and company safety procedures.

Role Overview
Based in Michigan | Pay: $32-$45 per hour, depending on verified experience
Picture a typical day: you arrive at the first site, trace a stubborn leak on a TPO roof, capture photos, lay out a precise repair scope, and execute a clean, lasting fix with one or two techs by your side. After updating the customer and closing out the ticket in the mobile app, you’re off to the next call - sometimes an inspection on EPDM, other times a quick remediation on PVC or metal. You stay hands-on, make decisions in the field, and keep facilities dry and operational.
