Holland Roofing Services seeks an experienced Service Foreman to lead a small crew in diagnosing and repairing leaks on commercial roofing systems. The role is hands-on and outdoors, with the expectation to manage repairs from inspection to completion, while ensuring safety and quality.

• At least 3 years of commercial roofing service experience.
• Ability to locate and repair roof leaks independently.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Strong safety awareness and OSHA knowledge.
• Experience leading or mentoring a small crew preferred.

Responsibilities

• Find and repair leaks on commercial roofing systems, including EPDM, TPO, PVC, metal, and related systems.
• Lead and work alongside 1-2 service crew members.
• Inspect roofs, document conditions, take photos, and develop repair scopes.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with building owners, facility managers, and internal teams.
• Use mobile service applications to document inspections and completed repairs.
• Identify additional service or repair needs when you see them.
• Participate in on-call rotation and emergency response as needed.
• Work safely and follow OSHA requirements and company safety procedures.

You will lead a small service crew (typically 1-2 people), but this is a hands-on role - not a desk job. You will be joining a large, established national roofing company with room to grow. As we continue adding service crews to this division, strong performers will have opportunities to take on more responsibility and move up.
