Job summary

Holland Roofing is seeking an experienced roofing service professional to lead a small crew and perform on-site diagnostics, leaks repair, and inspections of commercial roofs such as EPDM, TPO, PVC, and metal. You will troubleshoot, repair, and document conditions to ensure customers stay dry and assets are protected.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of commercial roofing service experience, including repairs and diagnostics.
• Ability to locate and repair roof leaks independently.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Strong safety awareness and working knowledge of OSHA requirements.
• Comfort using a mobile device for photos, inspections, and service reporting.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to adapt when the day changes.
• Experience leading or mentoring a small crew is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Find and repair leaks on commercial roofing systems, including EPDM, TPO, PVC, metal, and related systems.
• Perform service repairs and remediation efficiently and correctly.
• Inspect roofs, document conditions, take photos, and develop repair scopes.
• Lead and work alongside 1-2 service crew members.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with building owners, facility managers, and internal teams.
• Use mobile service applications to document inspections and completed repairs.
• Identify additional service or repair needs when you see them.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and emergency response as needed.
• Work safely and follow OSHA requirements and company safety procedures.
