Holland Roofing Services seeks a Commercial Roofing Service Crew Chief to lead a small crew, diagnose leaks, and perform repairs across EPDM, TPO, PVC, and metal. You will document scopes via a mobile app and uphold OSHA safety standards on every call.

Role emphasizes autonomy, on-site leadership, and readiness for on-call emergencies with competitive hourly pay and benefits. Minnesota-based position with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of commercial roofing service experience (repairs and diagnostics).
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Strong OSHA knowledge and safety-first mindset.
• Comfort using a mobile device for photos, inspections, and reporting.
• Reliable, detail-driven and adaptable when priorities shift.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and repair leaks across EPDM, TPO, PVC, metal, and related systems.
• Complete service repairs and remediation with precision and speed.
• Inspect conditions, capture photos, and produce clear repair scopes in our mobile app.
• Model safety in line with OSHA standards and company procedures.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to building owners, facility managers, and internal teams.
• Identify additional service needs during each visit.
• Support on-call rotation and respond to emergencies as required.
