Hi-Peak Staffing in Atlanta is seeking a driven Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to grow our client base in the Atlanta market. You will generate new business, build relationships with property owners and facility managers, and close high-value roofing deals.

This in-person, full-time role offers a strong earning potential with a base salary of $65,000 to $90,000 plus commission and bonus incentives, plus comprehensive benefits and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial construction sales or related fields.

• Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to clients.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, site visits, and relationship building.
• Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, facility managers, and key decision-makers.
• Perform roof inspections and identify client needs.
• Create and present proposals, bids, and contracts.
• Collaborate with estimating, service, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Stay informed on market trends, materials, and competitors.

• Track all activity and pipeline using CRM software.

Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to join a growing team in the Atlanta market. This role is ideal for a motivated “hunter” who thrives on generating new business, building relationships, and closing high-value deals.

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
• Comfortable working at heights when needed for site inspections

Preferred

• Experience in commercial roofing or building envelope systems
• Knowledge of local building codes and Atlanta market dynamics
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
