Job summary

Roofing Talent America (RTA) is seeking a seasoned commercial roofing salesperson to cover roughly three hours around our Pennsylvania office and national accounts where available. You will self-generate a robust pipeline, inspect roofs, scope projects, and craft proposals to close production and service work.

Responsibilities include converting maintenance relationships into reroof projects, building a multi-location book of accounts, and applying best-practice sales approaches to a growing

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling commercial roofing.
• Proven ability to generate your own pipeline rather than rely on a lead list.
• Low-slope technical knowledge across single ply, coatings and restoration.
• Clean driving record, background check and drug screen.
• Ability to inspect roofs and scope work unaided.

Responsibilities

• Own a commercial territory covering roughly three hours around the Pennsylvania office.
• Self-generate pipeline through cold prospecting, networking and direct relationships with building owners.
• Walk and inspect roofs, gather measurements and scope, and hand accurate information to estimating.
• Present proposals, follow up and close production and service work.
• Convert service and maintenance relationships into full reroof projects.
• Build and own a recurring book of multi-location and national accounts.
• Bring commercial roofing best practice into a sales function that is still being built.
