• Proven ability to sell roofing services (re-roofs, repairs, maintenance).
• Track record of building trust-based client relationships.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to qualify leads, manage a pipeline, and close in person, by phone, and virtually.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Sell commercial roofing services to new and existing customers within an assigned territory.
• Serve as lead contact for accounts, including contract negotiations and pricing strategy.
• Grow high-margin business through relationship-based selling.
• Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and target new clients.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
• Coordinate with Service and Production teams for accurate scope and pricing.
