• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, safety policies, and field operations.
• Experience leading teams, estimating projects, and managing client relations.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all Roofing Safety Policies.
• Evaluate and manage various roofing projects and field operations.
• Diagnose roofing issues and provide practical solutions to customers.
• Manage customer relations and actively sell work while growing the office.
• Hire, train, and evaluate employees; oversee scheduling and field assignments.
• Read drawings, estimate work, and manage cost controls.
• Maintain dispatch board and ensure timely close of work orders.
