• 5+ years of commercial roofing production or operations management experience (10+ preferred).
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, etc.).
• Proven ability to lead multiple departments and manage branch operations.
• Experience managing budgets, financial reporting, and P&L.
• OSHA 30 certification and a valid driver's license required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all branch operations, including production, service, sales, estimating, and waterproofing.
• Lead, mentor, and manage Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, and administrative personnel.
• Manage branch financial performance, including budgets, profitability, accounts receivable, and monthly P&L reporting.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, improve operational efficiency, and support branch growth.
• Monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, and resources to ensure successful project execution.
• Conduct regular meetings with department leaders to review project progress, sales opportunities, production schedules, and priorities.
• Maintain high standards for safety, quality control, and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, general contractors, vendors, and industry partners.

Commercial Roofing Branch Manager

Location: Dallas / Fort Worth TX
Salary: $140,000–$160,000 annually, DOE
Employment Type: Full-Time | In-Person
Schedule: Monday–Friday

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, financial performance, and continued growth of an established commercial roofing branch in Dallas, TX.

This individual will provide leadership across production, service, sales, estimating, and waterproofing operations while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial roofing operations, proven leadership experience, and the ability to manage multiple departments while driving profitability, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all branch operations, including commercial roofing production, service, sales, estimating, and waterproofing.
• Lead, mentor, and manage Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, and administrative personnel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of commercial roofing production or operations management experience; 10+ years preferred.
• Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems, including TPO, PVC, EPDM, and other low-slope roofing applications.
• Proven experience leading multiple departments, managing personnel, and overseeing daily branch operations.
• Experience managing budgets, financial reporting, project profitability, and P&L performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• OSHA 30 certification and valid driver's license required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
• Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $140,000–$160,000 annually, depending on experience
