Hi-Peak Staffing Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Branch Manager in the Dallas area to oversee day-to-day branch operations, deliver strong financial results, and drive profitable growth. The role requires leadership across production, service, sales, estimating, and waterproofing, with a focus on safety, schedule adherence, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial roofing production or operations management experience (10+ preferred).
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, etc.).
• Proven ability to lead multiple departments and manage branch operations.
• Experience managing budgets, financial reporting, and P&L.
• OSHA 30 certification and a valid driver's license required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all branch operations, including production, service, sales, estimating, and waterproofing.
• Lead, mentor, and manage Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, and administrative personnel.
• Manage branch financial performance, including budgets, profitability, accounts receivable, and monthly P&L reporting.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, improve operational efficiency, and support branch growth.
• Monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, and resources to ensure successful project execution.
• Conduct regular meetings with department leaders to review project progress, sales opportunities, production schedules, and priorities.
• Maintain high standards for safety, quality control, and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, general contractors, vendors, and industry partners.
