Hi-Peak Staffing in North Dallas–Fort Worth is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Operations Manager to lead field operations for a growing roofing operation. This leadership role oversees project execution, field teams, and branch performance, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and profitability.

The ideal candidate is a strong people leader who mentors others, understands project financials, and can balance field operations with strategic business goals in a local, non-relocation role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial roofing experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong background in operations, production, and project management.
• Experience overseeing multiple field teams.
• Knowledge of project financials, forecasting, budgets, margins, and ETC.
• Familiarity with major roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, BUR, metal).
• Proven ability to mentor and hold teams accountable.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must reside in the North Dallas–Fort Worth area; relocation not available.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day commercial roofing field operations.
• Provide leadership, coaching, training, and mentorship to teams.
• Oversee project performance from handoff to completion, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and profitability.
• Manage project financials, budgets, labor costs, margins, and ETC.
• Conduct regular project reviews to identify overruns and risks.
• Partner with estimating, sales, safety, and leadership to ensure smooth execution.
• Assist with manpower planning, scheduling, and subcontractor management.
• Develop operational processes to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
