Job summary

Aon is seeking an Account Manager II for its New York City office. The role focuses on partnering with Account Executives to manage service processes and renewals, while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring accurate billing and timely responses.

You will support diverse client initiatives, mentor junior staff, and coordinate with ACS to deliver high-quality client deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of insurance experience in Commercial Risk and account management.
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance license required.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Solid presentation skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on assigned book of business, manage day-to-day service processes and outputs.
• Support a variety of strategic, client-facing initiatives and renewal cycles.
• Serve as primary contact with ACS to ensure efficient, high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with Premium Accounting on client billing matters.
• Handle client inquiries, open items, and account receivable follow-ups.
• Provide guidance to less senior staff and mentor as needed.
