Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years B2B sales experience.
• Experience in commercial property, cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry preferred.
• Strong process and results-driven attitude.
• Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target commercial clients effectively educating them about the advantages of using SERVPRO.
• Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with commercial properties and other potential clients; seek leads to grow revenue.
• Increase brand awareness by participating in marketing events and CE classes.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and opportunities through effective sales strategies.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
• Increase territory revenue by achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
