SERVPRO Industries, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to drive revenue in the commercial restoration market. You will build strong client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and execute sales strategies within our defined territory.

The role emphasizes proactive service, achieving sales targets, and representing a trusted, nationwide restoration brand dedicated to helping clients recover from fire and water damage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/marketing preferred.
• A minimum of two years B2B sales experience.
• Experience in commercial property, cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry preferred.
• Strong process and results driven attitude.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target commercial clients effectively educating them about the advantages of using SERVPRO.
• Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with commercial properties and other potential clients in our sales territory and seek leads to ensure revenue growth.
• Increase brand awareness by participating in marketing events such as professional associations, lunch-and-learns, and continuing education classes.
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date pipeline of leads and opportunities through effective sales strategies and networking.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
• Increase sales territory revenue by consistently achieving and exceeding sales territory goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
