Job summary
SERVPRO of Richmond, Chesterfield, Henrico, and Tri-Cities is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to drive and execute sales strategies in the commercial restoration market. Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B sales experience.

- Experience in commercial property, cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Responsibilities
- Identify and target commercial clients, educating them about SERVPRO advantages.
- Build and strengthen relationships with commercial properties to grow revenue.
- Increase brand awareness via marketing events and CE classes.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and pursue leads for revenue growth.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments and competitors.
