Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Relationship Service Specialist II to serve as the primary contact for a diverse Commercial portfolio.

The role works with Relationship Managers to deliver a best-in-class client experience, focusing on onboarding, deposits, loans, and treasury management. The successful candidate will manage complex, multi-million-dollar requirements, maintain strong relationships, and contribute to retention and deepening sales.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in commercial banking with a focus in deposits, loans, treasury management, customer service, banking operations.
• High school, GED, or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned Commercial customers and Relationship Managers.
• Mitigate issues and answer questions, escalating when necessary to protect relationships.
• Manage onboarding of complex deposits and loan accounts end-to-end.
• Represent Huntington’s Commercial brand with professional, discreet communications and solutions.
