You will build relationships with local businesses, use internal tools to source leads, and collaborate across departments to deliver comprehensive financial solutions while maintaining compliance and service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in credit analysis and commercial underwriting or equivalent.
• Strong analytic and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieves annual production and growth goals for loans, deposits, and fees.
• Initiates and develops new business with outside referrals and partnerships.
• Maintains contact with clients to enhance experience with First Interstate Bank.
• Reviews client financial data and conducts relationship reviews to understand needs.
• Promotes bank products and services to meet client needs.
• Maintains compliance with bank regulations and internal procedures.
