Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or related field.
• Real Estate License preferred.
• 1–3 years of full-time professional experience preferably in commercial real estate.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Proficiency with Costar and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Developing relationships and finding new business opportunities.
• Nurture existing relationships to obtain repeat and referral business.
• Proven track record of building long term relationships with clients.
• Staying on top of market statistics and trends.
• Consult and advise clients on their real estate situation.
• Prepare request for proposals (RFPs) and market comparisons.
• Lead or assist sales pitches & presentations.
• Negotiate lease terms.
• Conduct showings and market tours.
