Cushman & Wakefield in New York seeks an Associate broker focused on office leasing to originate and execute CRE transactions. Build and nurture client relationships, present market insights, and manage the end-to-end deal process from proposals to negotiation.

The role requires strong transactional skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of CRE experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or real estate.
• 6+ years as a producing CRE broker, preferably in office leasing.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Costar, Salesforce/CRM, Adobe CS.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Developing relationships and finding new business opportunities.
• Nurture existing relationships to obtain repeat and referral business.
• Proven track record of building long term relationships with clients.
• Staying on top of market statistics and trends.
• Consult and advise clients on their real estate situation.
• Prepare RFPs and market comparisons.
• Lead or assist sales pitches and presentations.
• Negotiate lease terms.
• Create and coordinate marketing content and client materials.
