Constant Commercial Real Estate Inc in Oregon is seeking a currently licensed Oregon real estate agent with an entrepreneurial mindset to grow their investor book.

You'll prospect, qualify, and convert leads, represent buyers and sellers across asset classes, and collaborate with lenders and managers to close deals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of brokerage experience (residential or commercial).
• Working knowledge of investment return metrics (NOI, cap rate, cash-on-cash, DSCR).
• Comfort with Google Suite and Excel.
• Ability to meet clients in-person, walk properties, attend inspections in Oregon.
• A go-getter who builds relationships, not just closings.

Responsibilities

• Participate in investment analysis, property tours, and client presentations.

Who We Are

Constant Commercial Real Estate (CCRE) is a boutique investment real estate and commercial mortgage brokerage serving private investors across Oregon. We're not a transaction shop — we build generational client relationships, underwrite deals, and guide strategy from acquisition through disposition and everything in between.

Our deal flow is genuinely diverse: multifamily, NNN retail, industrial, office, mixed-use, fix-and-flip, buy-and-hold, seller-carry, and commercial mortgage origination. Brokers here don't get siloed — you'll develop real range alongside a founder who is active in every deal type.

The Role

We're looking for currently licensed Oregon real estate agent self-driven broker ready to grow their book of business with investors as the primary client. Residential, commercial, or both — background matters less than mindset. If you're analytical, client-obsessed, and tired of chasing the next transaction without a real strategy behind it, this is worth a conversation.

What You Bring
