Job summary

Lovejoy Real Estate is seeking a buyer’s agent to work on both sides of transactions, with an established CRM, transaction tracking, and compliance checks already in place. You’ll manage each deal within a structured system, backed by a managing broker, with access to RMLS and WVMLS in the Portland area, plus warm leads via Homestack and Pearl AI.

You’ll focus on client relationships while in-house marketing, photography, and design support handle back-office tasks.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience.
• Familiarity with the Portland metro area real estate market and current trends.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and willing to travel by car.
• Real estate license in Oregon or Washington, or in the process of obtaining a license.

Responsibilities

• Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and mortgage options.
• Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge interest and needs.
• Schedule showings and attend open houses for buyers.
• Act as intermediary between client and listing agent to ensure smooth transactions.
• Prepare contracts, closing statements, deeds, and leases for successful closings.

Qualifications
