• Partner with brokerage team on leasing and sales transactions.

• Prepare LOIs, proposals, contracts, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate tours, inspections, due diligence, and transaction logistics.
• Support deal negotiations and client communications.
• Maintain transaction records and CRM updates.
• Attend industry events to grow your network and market knowledge.
