Role Description

This is a full-time, 100% commission-based, on-site Commercial Real Estate Associate role based in Lexington, MA. The Commercial Real Estate Associate will support leasing and sales transactions by prospecting new business, qualifying leads, and managing follow-up with owners, tenants, and investors. Daily responsibilities include conducting inside sales outreach, preparing proposals and marketing materials, coordinating property tours, and maintaining accurate data in CRM and listing platforms. The role also involves analyzing market data, comparable transactions, and property information to support negotiations and client presentations. The associate will collaborate with senior brokers and their mentor to execute marketing campaigns, attend client meetings, and ensure a high standard of service throughout each transaction.
