• 3–5 years of dedicated commercial real estate transactional practice in a sophisticated law firm setting.
• Fluency with closing mechanics, title underwriting, title opinions, survey analysis and commercial leasing frameworks.
• JD from an accredited law school and active, unblemished bar admission (or eligible for immediate admission).

Responsibilities

• Structure, negotiate, and execute complex commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects.
• Draft and negotiate sophisticated retail, office, life sciences, and industrial leases for regional landlords and national tenants.
• Represent lenders and commercial borrowers in structuring acquisition loans, construction financing, and joint venture equity investments.
• Oversee comprehensive title, survey, environmental, and zoning due diligence reviews to mitigate underwriting risks.
• Counsel developers through local municipal approvals, land use planning, special permits, and zoning variances.
• Draft corporate resolutions, operating agreements, and joint venture frameworks tailored for commercial real estate investment vehicles.

• Technical Savvy: High proficiency with document management software, virtual data rooms, closing management platforms, and modern legal technology.
• Credentials: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active, unblemished bar admission (or eligible for immediate admission).
