Job summary

The Stubblebine Company in Lexington, MA is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate to support leasing and sales on-site, prospecting new business and managing follow-up with owners, tenants and investors.

Daily duties include preparing proposals and marketing materials, coordinating property tours, and maintaining accurate CRM data while analyzing market data to inform negotiations. You'll collaborate with senior brokers and a mentor to execute campaigns and deliver superior service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, real estate, finance, marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to connect with owners, tenants, and investors.
• Highly motivated, competitive, and entrepreneurial with a drive to build a successful commercial real estate career.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM systems experience is a plus.
