Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. in Bowie, MD seeks a Secured Credit Communication Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison between customers ordering commercial real estate valuations and the Real Estate Valuation Group.

You will track appraisals, coordinate external reviews, and input data into FinanceCenter, supporting the loan closing process. Strong organizational and communication skills, plus familiarity with appraisal processes, are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of two years of related experience in Commercial Lending including processing or operations.
• Familiarity with commercial real estate appraisals is a plus.
• Familiarity with commercial loan documentation is a plus.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret Federal appraisal regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between the Real Estate Valuation Group and those utilizing commercial real estate appraisal services within the Bank.
• Track commercial real estate appraisals ordered for the Bank using Appraisal Management Collateral 360 software.
• Review status of real estate appraisals and communicate issues and information requests.
• Order and coordinate external commercial appraisal reviews through the third-party vendor.
• Upload appraisal reviews and input information in FinanceCenter.
• Assist the closing team and reviewers with completion of checklists in Finance Center.
• Escalate issues to Team Lead or Department Manager as needed.
• Communicate with Senior and Executive Management, other bank officers, and vendors.
• Maintain a basic working knowledge of appraisal rules and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
