Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. is seeking a Real Estate Valuation Liaison to serve as the primary contact between those ordering commercial real estate valuations and the Real Estate Valuation Group staff.

You will track appraisals, coordinate reviews with third-party vendors, and ensure information flows smoothly into FinanceCenter. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills, with familiarity of commercial lending processes and appraisal regulations.

• Understanding of lending processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Real Estate Valuation Group and appraisal users.
• Track commercial real estate appraisals using Collateral 360.
• Review appraisal status and request information as needed.
• Coordinate external appraisal reviews with 3rd party vendors.
• Upload appraisal reviews and input data into FinanceCenter.
• Assist closing team with completion of checklists in Finance Center.
• Escalate issues to Team Lead or Department Manager as needed.
• Communicate with senior management, bank officers and vendors.
• Maintain knowledge of appraisal rules and regulations.
• Adhere to bank policies, procedures and compliance training.
