Job summary

You will serve as the bridge between the Real Estate Valuation Group and bank staff, ensuring timely processing of appraisal orders and reviews. The role requires familiarity with appraisal rules, strong communication, and multitasking abilities, while supporting the closing team and vendors.

Qualifications

• Requires experience in Commercial Lending or related field.
• Familiarity with commercial real estate appraisals preferred.
• Ability to read, understand Federal appraisal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between Real Estate Valuation Group and users of appraisal services.
• Track real estate appraisals ordered for commercial loans.
• Coordinate external appraisal reviews with 3rd party vendor.
• Upload appraisal reviews and input data in FinanceCenter.
• Assist closing team with Finance Center checklists.
• Communicate with management, officers, and vendors.
• Maintain working knowledge of appraisal rules and regulations.
