You will track commercial real estate appraisals, coordinate external reviews, and input information into FinanceCenter, ensuring timely and accurate processing for commercial lending. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years in commercial lending or related operations, with familiarity in commercial real

Two years of experience in Commercial Lending or related operations preferred.
Familiarity with commercial real estate appraisals and loan documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as liaison between Real Estate Valuation Group and users of appraisal services.
Track commercial real estate appraisals using the bank's systems.
Review appraisal status and communicate information requests.
Coordinate external commercial appraisal reviews via third party vendor.
Input information into FinanceCenter and assist closing team with checklists.
Escalate issues to Team Lead or Department Manager as needed.
Communicate with senior management, other departments, and vendors.
