Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. seeks a Real Estate Valuation Liaison to serve as the primary contact between loan customers ordering valuations and the bank's Real Estate Valuation Group.

The role tracks appraisals, coordinates external reviews with third parties, and ensures timely information exchange. Proficiency in appraisal rules and MS Office is expected, with two years in commercial lending preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years related experience in Commercial Lending field including Commercial Lending processing or Commercial Lending operations.
• Familiarity with commercial real estate appraisals is a plus.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret Federal appraisal regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary liaison between the Real Estate Valuation Group and those utilizing Commercial Real Estate appraisal services.
• Tracks commercial real estate appraisals ordered on behalf of the Bank using Appraisal Management Collateral 360 software.
• Reviews status of real estate appraisals and communicates issues and information requests.
• Orders and coordinates external Commercial appraisal reviews through our 3rd party vendor.
• Uploads appraisal reviews and inputs information in FinanceCenter.
• Assists the closing team and reviewers with completion of checklists in Finance Center.
• Escalates issues to Team Lead or Department Manager as needed.
• Communicates with Senior and Executive Management, other bank officers, and vendors.
