Job summary

WesBanco is seeking a Real Estate Valuation Coordinator to act as the primary liaison between loan customers, the Real Estate Valuation Group, and external appraisal vendors. This 100% remote position operates within the bank's footprint, with occasional in-person meetings for key events.

You will track and coordinate commercial real estate appraisals, input information in Finance Center, and support the closing team. Strong organization, regulatory awareness, and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years related experience in Commercial Lending or operations.
• Familiarity with commercial real estate appraisals a plus.
• Familiarity with commercial loan documentation a plus.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret Federal appraisal regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary liaison between the Real Estate Valuation Group and users of appraisal services.
• Tracks commercial real estate appraisals ordered for the bank using internal software.
• Reviews appraisal statuses and requests information as needed.
• Orders and coordinates external commercial appraisal reviews with third-party vendors.
• Uploads appraisal reviews and inputs data in Finance Center.
• Assists the closing team with completion of checklists in Finance Center.
• Escalates issues to Team Lead or Department Manager as needed.
• Communicates with senior management, other departments, and vendors.
• Represents the department professionally when dealing with vendors and departments.
