Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. is seeking a Real Estate Valuation Liaison to serve as the primary contact for those ordering commercial real estate valuations used as collateral for loans.

You will work with the Real Estate Valuation Group and external vendors to track appraisals and address information requests. Responsibilities include coordinating external appraisal reviews, uploading reviews into FinanceCenter, and assisting the closing team with checklists while maintaining regulatory awareness and

Qualifications

• Clear, concise written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a team environment.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with commercial real estate lending processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between the Real Estate Valuation Group and users of appraisal services within the Bank.
• Track commercial real estate appraisals ordered for the Bank using Appraisal Management Collateral 360 software.
• Review status of real estate appraisals and communicate issues and information requests.
• Order and coordinate external commercial appraisal reviews through a 3rd party vendor.
• Upload appraisal reviews and input information in FinanceCenter.
• Assist the closing team and reviewers with Finance Center checklists.
• Escalate issues to Team Lead or Department Manager as needed.
• Communicate with senior management, other bank officers, and vendors.
• Maintain working knowledge of appraisal rules and regulations.
