Job summary

WesBanco is seeking a Remote Real Estate Valuation Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison between our Real Estate Valuation Group and teams ordering appraisals for commercial loans.

You will track appraisals, coordinate external reviews, and input data into Finance Center while supporting the closing team and management with timely, accurate information. Strong knowledge of appraisal rules is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years related experience in Commercial Lending field.
• Familiarity with commercial real estate appraisals is a plus.
• Familiarity with commercial loan documentation is a plus.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret Federal appraisal regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between the Real Estate Valuation Group and users of appraisal services within the Bank.
• Track commercial real estate appraisals ordered for the Bank using Appraisal Management Collateral 360 software.
• Review status of real estate appraisals and communicate issues and information requests.
• Order and coordinate external Commercial appraisal reviews through our 3rd party vendor.
• Upload appraisal reviews and inputs information in Finance Center.
• Assist the closing team and reviewers with completion of checklists in Finance Center.
• Problem solves or routes issues to appropriate staff member.
• Escalates issues to Team Lead or Department Manager as needed.
• Communicates with Senior and Executive Management, other bank officers, and vendors.
• Serves as ambassador for the department when dealing with vendors and other departments and divisions, reflecting professionalism and efficiency.
• Continually develops and maintains a basic working knowledge of appraisal rules and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
