Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of a portfolio of commercial properties.

• Prepare budgets, financial statements, operating reports, and CAM reconciliations.
• Monitor rent collections and accounts receivable processes.
• Coordinate tenant improvements, capital projects, maintenance initiatives, and repairs.
• Obtain vendor bids, negotiate service contracts, and monitor vendor performance and service quality.
• Resolve tenant, operational, and property-related issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with accounting, maintenance, and leadership teams to maximize asset performance. Prepare owner reports and provide recommendations regarding property operations and financial performance.

This role is responsible for maintaining strong tenant and owner relationships, managing property operations, supporting financial performance, and ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have commercial property management experience, strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations of a portfolio of commercial properties.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, property owners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Administer lease requirements and ensure compliance with lease agreements.

Prepare and review budgets, financial statements, operating reports, and CAM reconciliations. Monitor rent collections and support accounts receivable processes.

Conduct regular property inspections to ensure assets are properly maintained and operating efficiently.

Coordinate tenant improvements, capital projects, maintenance initiatives, and repairs.
